For Affordable Housing of Sanford, Florida,
a nonprofit organization, RAHA has
designeda 15-unit townhome that presents
noble facades to the community.  The goal
in any project, but especially so in housing
where some of the units are price-
controlled, is to provide firmness,
commodity and delight.  These are
attributes that serve to establish pride in
one’s immediate built environment.

Heritage Townhomes are given nobility and
individuality with stately symmetrical paired
unit design, double garage doors, recessed
entrances and a color scheme that
accentuates changes in plane of the
building’s exterior walls.
